A city that is not too big (it's walkable to most...
A city that is not too big (it's walkable to most attractions, if you like walking), but has a lot packed into it. If you like culture then the Munch and National museums are both excellent and you may find yourself spending longer in them than anticipated. Being Scandinavia, it's generally clean with little litter. Yes, it's more expensive than back home in the UK, but not eye-wateringly so. For alcohol I would recommend buying cans from a supermarket (a little over £2 a can) rather than the £8 plus for under a pint in the bars.Guest review byNicholasUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Oslo is a beautiful walking-friendly place, friendly people and wonderful variety of activities to enjoy. I had wonderful food there, saw great art, and did some exploring via tour bus and ferry due to the brevity of my stay there.
