Visiting Muscat was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I really enjoy fishing, and the fishing spots there are absolutely incredible. The diving locations, like the famous cave dive, are simply out of this world. You'll find beautiful beaches with plenty of white sands and sparkling blue sea, perfect for relaxing. The food scene is fantastic, ranging from fine dining to casual eateries, and even local restaurants, all clean and very enjoyable. While the nightlife might not be as lively as in some other places, there are plenty of local spots where you can enjoy a fun evening with the residents. PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. We were interested in buying premium Omani‐frankincense from a Alluban Al Fakher store which was a short cab ride from the hotel. 1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.Guest review byBock - 10.0

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
