This is our second visit and we travelled from Dubai, the hub of 5* hotels however I can honestly say, the stay here exceeded those hotels. From the incredible fresh breakfast to the expectantly customer service! We will be back again soon !

We will come back when we travel back to muscat! Everything was super clean breakfast was really good, a lot of different things to choose from. Room was super clean. Everything: first of all, the staff is very nice, kind, attentive and helpful. Had some issue with a noisy neighbour, they promptly gave me another room. Nice pool on the rooftop and gym. Breakfast and dinner were always tasty and various. It was a really delightful stay.

The hotel staff are very helpful and hospitable especially Mr salim whom we met on the first day and suggested a bigger and less expensive room . The hotel was very clean and everything looks new. The bed service was very comfortable every thing we needed was charged daily. Lulu hypermarket which was very big and complete and had everything was near to the hotel and all in all I strongly recommend this hotel.

    First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

    PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

    Loved my stay in Muscat, but would plan not to go in...

    Loved my stay in Muscat, but would plan not to go in September, it’s just too hot to do anything during the day. The people are lovely from the time you step off the plane, until you depart at the end of your visit. One of the safest countries to be for a single female traveller

    1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

    People are friendly, there is plenty of facilities in the city. you can enjoy lot of touristic places such as mutrah, jebel akhdar,.... there is few beaches in the city where you can relax. we liked the beach in Qurum, it was always excellent to visit. There is many malls where you can eat and shop.

    Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

    Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
