We thank specially to front desk Mr. Joshua and Mr. Denver for their welcoming and all the care they had for us, nevertheless to Mrs. Angelica on the rooftop bar and Mr. Romeo. The structure has a good position…well organized. You can plan tours directly there. They have also Massage but the second day we had the massage was not so good as we had the first night. Swimming pool is awesome very clean

-that was the best room we had in our trip around Philippines, very comfortable bed, very clean and I'd even say European bathroom - the hotel owner accommodated all our requests and even went an extra mile cooking for us where we didn't have enough time to go to the restaurant and it was raining like crazy -after staying there we understand all good reviews and we are not surprised at all -you will not find better place to stay in Puerto Princesa - if we ever go back to the city we will definitely stay there again

    Such a nice hotel!!! The entrance was amazing with all the Christmas decorations and the lights. All the staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful! Our room was always cleaned perfectly and the breakfast buffet was great!! Live music at night. We got a massage and a facial at the spa and was the best massage I’ve ever had!! Highly highly recommend. Great value for money.

    We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

    Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the...

    Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the beach and on one day had coffee, adobo and itlog in a small cafe there. Everyone was very friendly, and I bought some Pasalubong, when they did not have my tee shirt size, they went to another shop to get it for me and to get change when I gave them 1000 peso note. I asked directions to the falls, but no one was exactly sure where it was or how long it would take to get there. The place was secure (police station at the wharf and coastguard and army regularly on patrol in the area. I eventually found the park that a friend recommended (5 km from the hotel) and had an excellent buffet lunch there twice and again they made Chester very welcome, the park was free and had some interesting, recycled artworks and a tribute to the devastation in the area by Typhoon Odette- well worth a visit. Also visit Buenavista viewpoint- the local community run it and you can get Buko juice, coffee, snacks and Pasalubong plus take great photos of the bay

    Worst public ride rates, not regulated, mostly a rip-off. The streets are unsafe with so many potholes, no street cleaners to keep the dust away. I appreciate the vehicles stopping when a person crosses the street.

    The only point of living in this town is to take a tour of the underground river. The city itself is not made for people, and especially not for tourists. The only tourist street is Rizal Street, there are a few nice restaurants there, and that's it - there is nothing else to do in the city, nowhere to walk.
