Very nice location and staff. I have a present from the hotel for my birthday, it was very pleasant, thank you very much! Very nice and varied buffet breakfast, everything was tasty and fresh. There are a lot of entertainments for kids, we have enough time for relaxation, while our kid was under supervision:)

The place exeeded my expectations, the host was super friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean and my dog was welcome with no charges :-) It's close to the mountain paths,so you can start early. And, last but not least, the views from the bacony of the restaurant are amazing!

    Stunningly beautiful views. Complext is made up of three beautiful houses. Ours was a two bedroom apartment located in the second house, which itself was split in two. Homes look gorgeous from the outside, and the interiors are cosy, bright, and airy with plenty of natural light. Bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, and beds are generous and sublimely comfortable. Waking up to the sounds of Polish countryside was, dare I say it's magical, with soft light shining through the window, bouncing around the bedroom walls as it passed through a tree that grows beside the house. The kitchen was adequate for our modest culinary needs. After decades of extensive world wide travel, I rate our stay as one of the very best.

    There was an excellent spread for the breakfast buffet. The location is great, close enough to the centre if you wish to go there, but far away for it to be nice and quiet. Free parking at the hotel. There is a room to store ski boots with specialised boot driers, which made the boots super dry and warm for the next day on the slopes. There is a well stocked grocery shop about 20m away.

    We had bad weather so was not possible to enjoy outdoor...

    We had bad weather so was not possible to enjoy outdoor activities. We had hiking in the area in mind. Also all hotels should have easily available information for tourists if Krynica wants to benefit from them. Those from abroad may have issues with using Internet. Pamphlets would help. Other thing, restaurants closes early. Maybe is different during summer.

    Beautiful place, nice river, parks, and market square, not too crowded, some good places to eat. We were lucky to have tons of snow so everything was looking amazing covered in white. Definitely recommend, we were wondering of we should go to Krynica, but it turned out it is just as Zakopane: crowded, expensive and not nice at all - tons of cars, people, mud on the pavements. Will definitely go back to Muszyna.

    Plenty of facilities, shops and eateries around Krynica.

    Plenty of facilities, shops and eateries around Krynica. High-quality restaurants, nice parks, facilities for children - slides at the top of Parkowa Góra hill, cable car to Jaworzyna Krynicka, chair lifts all around, nice promenade in the centre of the town, the boulevard goes along the creek and splits into two. Mountain trails all round to explore.
