This property is definitively a hotel, rooms are big and included a dining area with all utensils and fridge, its very well locate with a bus stop next to it where you can connect to any place within the city, the Hotel is 10 min by bus from the beach and about 15 to 20 from the famus timeout market, the location is really good, shopping malls are located within walking distances as well. great property and staff

Excellent location: metro station.(Sao Sebastiao) right in front of the hotel; provides access to the Red line, that runs from/to the airport, and Blue line that can be used to reach Orient train station. Another train station, Entrecampos, where you can catch trains to Sintra, is within easy 15-20 mins walking distance. Excellent breakfast, too. All you can expect from the European 4 stars class hotel, plus more (e.g. pastries and fruits were varied during our stay). Huge TV on the room's wall (if you are fan of it:))

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were cozy and we enjoyed complete silence at night. Great amenities - the mini bar was complementary and always full and we got a new watter bottle everyday. They also changed the towels and cleaned the rooms daily. The breakfest has all the essentials you need and they always ask if you want an omelette or fried eggs that are not on display. Also, the bar was a very nice surprise - order the Sangria, you will not be disappointed!

Everything was just perfect! I don't have the words to describe it. Fantastic location, close to anything you need; nice design of the room; perfectly cleaned; more than suffice breakfast and most importantly a tremendous staff!     We liked the location very much: a quiet pedestrian street in an old part of Lisbon. Still a residential area despite some tourist accommodation. Lots of small cafes very close by, some traditional, some trendy. You'll be close to the Puppet Museum and a 10m walk away from the excellent Museu de Arte Antinguo, where there's a beautiful riverside garden and cafe. It's a 15 to 20 minutes walk in the other direction to the central Praca do Commercio. If you don't like walking, catch a tram or an Uber. Inside, the studio apartment is a bright, well designed space on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped and we very much appreciated the washing machine. Shower gel, cleaning products etc all provided, which made for an easy stay. There's a spacious cupboard which is big enough for those of us who don't travel light! We would certainly come back to this apartment if it was available. We come to Lisbon a lot and this was one of the best apartments we've found for price and location.

    6 nights stay for business in mid-February - so it was the off-season. Although this is certainly a "spa hotel", it is perfectly suited to business travel as well. After a day of meetings in Lisbon, it was a pleasure to return to the hotel to unwind and relax. Bonus was the 5-star breakfast buffet as good as I have had in the Swiss Alps. I hope to return with my wife later this year.

    Lisbon is a beautiful city; this was my fourth visit. People is very friendly. Many places to visit, great restaurants. From Lisbon I got a private tour to Fatima (recommended by the hotel receptionists). And then I took a train to Porto.

    Beach and rugged cliff coastline was a good combo . Excellent choices of restaurants from higher end ( Bougain) and simpler but good . The Paula Rego centre was a major draw for me and I wasn’t disappointed . Pretty parks to stroll in the shade too. The harbour and beaches are buzzing. If I’d have had longer I’d have hired a bike and cycled along to Estoril and the other direction to the lighthouse and beaches . The train service along the coast is reasonably priced and reliable. You could stay in Cascais and do day visits to Lisbon easily . Also easy to use train to get to Sintra.

    Estoril is a beautiful area, so well cared for and just a delight to experience. The town itself is stunning, buzzy and many areas to visit. The beaches are sandy, clean and so many areas to park. Cascais is definitely worth visiting.

    Oeiras is a suburb of Lisbon, so not overwhelmed by tourists. We found some great places to eat that were appreciative of our custom. There was a fantastic vegan restaurant just outside the town centre (Alma Veg). The main problem for us was the ddual carriageway that passes right by the beaches.

    Almada is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon with all the tourist activity. Easy 10 minute ferry ride to Lisbon. $3.20 euro return trip. Almada is less expensive with all the food options you could possibly want, all the while you have a chance to enjoy the fabulous people of Portugal. If you like walking, it's a great area.

    The staff at Goa Square were friendly, helpful, and always available with recommendations. The rooms themselves were spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location in Amadora is great for exploring Lisbon. There are plenty of sights nearby, and it's easy to get around. Just a heads-up that there can be some noise from the cuisine at night, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. Overall, though, a great stay!
