I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel ! I like how clean it is , everything so white and comfortable ! Stuff is very attentive and kind . The room itself - very wide and comfortable , the bed , pillows , towels , slippers, bath robe - I was really feeling so comfortable and happy ! Thank you ! Breakfast is what needed in the morning, super . Satisfied!

Loved the concept of the place, the design & art, the nice vibe it brings due to everything being new and fitted, and the staff's patience and attention to detail. Breakfast was really nice as well, as well as the coffee & tea in the room. Loved all the small details, including the care products from Rituals, which were amazing. From the first moment of the welcome at the reception till the last minute of the checkout an extraordinary care and kind attitude of the entire staff was provided. The location is exactly in the heart of the town. I can just recommend to stay there, as I will do surely next time in Satu Mare.

Her excellent English skills made a huge difference for me – in Romania I had faced challenges with communication in other hotels, but here everything was smooth. I loved the swimming pool, the very friendly and helpful staff, the free parking. Also the bad was very nice (not just a shower but a bath). A huge shopping centre very close by. Wifi was OK.

    The center of the city is nice and there are some beautiful catholic churches and old buildings to admire. You have to watch out for the drivers though, as they don't really respect anything whatsoever, especially not pedestrians.

    The host does not speak English.

    The host does not speak English. Communication is terribly difficult. The room was stuffy. With a small window. No air conditioning. I see that the feedback from Romania is good, but without communication in English it is terribly inconvenient. No towel, no shampoo. No air conditioning! We are not satisfied!
