The facilities are impeccable and the staff is of an excellent quality ! They made us feel like we're really wanted there, they were most eager to help us with information and answers about pretty much everything related to the surroundings and the community. We've tried the spa and wellness (included during our stay), the restaurant, the massage area, the bowling alley and everything was perfect ! Bravo to them !

We stayed at Bohinj River House before and after a multi day hike in the Julian Alps and it was the perfect base! The apartment and facilities are new, modern and very comfortable. We particularly loved the spa facilities and the wonderful inclusive breakfast. The staff were so kind and friendly and truly went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

This Hotel was the perfect place for our vacation! We did a lot of bike tours and they all started from the hotel! And before a long 6 hour tour we could fuel ourselves with the huge and delicious breakfast buffet! Everything your heart want was there! We loved it and we will definitely come back! The staff was also really nice and I gut a great chocolate massage and wrap after long hiking days!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The room was not just clean and cozy, but it also offered a stunning view of the mountains that made my stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious, and the on-site restaurant served amazing dishes. I tried the sarma, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, adding a delightful touch to my experience. Fantastic view from or balcony, well informed and service minded staff. Great value for the price and perfect place in Bohinj walking distance to evrything. The reception sgested us to hike to the close waterfall and the gorge instead of haiking along the lake and that was an amazing tour and possibility to get a great locale soup and a bear just when you need it. Possibility to charge the care and thats also included in the stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay as one of us fell ill before arrival. Checking up on us and brining food the room whilst also asking if there is anything they can do to make our stay even more comfortable and showed genuine care and worry.
