The wine was great and they have a big variety to choose from. Breakfast was great having local products and rose brut 🩷 The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep. SPA was a cherry on the cake!

AustriaWe had a great stay. The House is really modern and has everything you need and the view from the terrace was just a dream. Our host even showed us a bit around smartno and gave us recommendations for dinner. We ended up buying a nice bottle of wine and spent the entire evening on the terrace talking and watching the sunset. The kitchen and living room are really spacious, And the breakfast was beyond our expectations, really good!

HungaryIt's a place of wonder. There is a beautiful landscape all around you with grape everywhere. The guesthouse is like an old curia. The hosts make you feel like you were real princes or princesses. Make sure to taste their own wine. It's one of the best we've ever tasted. Hopefully we could come back sometime.

Our family was travelling with two small-ish children, and I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. There was a gorgeous patio where the kids were running around to give the parents a moment of peace :). The breakfast was bountiful and delicious and we enjoyed their dinners also, where they adapted the menu to our needs and wishes. We also bought their home made marmelades. Generally we had a great and relaxing time, the hosts were very kind and authentic, gave us many clues on local travelling. Would return for sure.

The host was amazing and helped us point to many points of interest. Luka was always available and around when necessary.
The apartment itself is pretty spacious and everything you may need, is available.
The surroundings are amazing, as is the view from the apartments and there's plenty to do for a few days.

Everything. Our stay was simply great. The place is beautiful, with a stunning view of the vines. The accommodation is very spacious, quiet, and very clean. Tamara is a wonderful host and gave us a wine tasting of their wine. Breakfast was delicious with all local products. Highly recommended!!

We are already longing for returning one day. We spent a great time in the house. The hosts were very welcoming, the view is amazing, the garden with the tables, chairs is perfect for relaxing there with friends. The wines of the house are excellent, too.

Dobrovo was a very nice area with some nice wineries, highly recommend Edi Simcic ~ Felix was amazingly fun. It was rainy during our stay, so we will unable to do ebikes, however this would be a great activity in better weather. Belvin was a nice restaurant nearby with grilled meats and vegetables, along with salads and pizza. Maravida House is a great Airbnb with a wonderful property (3 rooms) and a very kind and helpful host, Jacob!

Super quaint and tiny. Loved it and the views but super quiet mid week - the town was pretty empty except for other travelers. Resto options limited mid week - so plan ahead and do your research. There’s a grocery store ~2 miles away and a bakery en route to the grocery story so you can stock up there if you need to. I’d def recommend Šmartno - but shoulda planned to be there on a Thur or Fri evening (not Tue and Wed) to get a different vibe. Wine bar in town is wonderful, as is the olive bar restaurant (tiny!! All home made!). We also hired a private wine guide one afternoon (Slocally) thoroughly recommend!!

The nature was stunning, and the locals were amiable and calm. The local wine and olive oil were delicious. I suggest you try a Briška Hiša for dinner or late lunch. Just plan your trips ahead, and don't trust Google Maps, as it has led me through some very wrong turns.

A beautiful village in an amazing location.
A beautiful village in an amazing location. If you want Tuscany without the crowds, come here! We stayed for a week and I'm glad we had this much time as there was so much to do. Every day we went for a long walk or we rented e-bikes so we could explore even more of this beautiful region. Also recommend the wine tasting at Klet Brda in Dobrovo as it's great value. A few things to note: Public transport isn't frequent, so our host graciously picked us up from the train station and we hired a driver to take us to the train station on our departure. Groceries are availabe in Dobrovo and Kojsko.
