An amazing clean hotel, fun waterpark, wonderful breakfast, great staff, super sunset view of the rooms ,nice music and light show in the evenings, lots of fun for kids, amazing massage for adults. Thankful to all the staff, especially to Kadir. My daughter keeps asking when we will go back again. Super clean beach to swim, with the best sand ever.

The customer service was excellent. on arrival we were been greeted by the front staff and there on our smooth transition happened. I would like to give special mention to the door men. This is a true gem! Sure, the photos of the place look very nice, but in reality it's even better. Our room was huge, well maintained, and build with a lot of attention for details and high quality materials. We really felt in love with the place. All staff was friendly and correct. The restaurant has very good food, the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the big jacuzzi/pool in the room.

    We have only compliments regading the U Jomtien experience. From the beggining of our journey we felt like home because of the room facilities and breathtaking view . The location is in the quiet area of Jomtien beach but easy to reach all the main atraction of Pattaya. But all the experience could not be amazing without the wonderfull staff . I want to mention escpecially the breakfast team: Kung(so kind and always smiling) Pon(hi class customer service) Den(very work orientated and carefull) Bas( always up and down replanishing the food from the buffet and still smiling ) All the staff from the hotel had good energy and always customer orientated.     This hotel is located near the pier and 5 minutes from the Walking Street, 7/11 shop is also near; the room was clean and overlooked the sea, it was fantastic. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfast time is from 6.30 to 10; perfect for everyone. Check-out time is 12.00. If you want to go back to Bangkok, there is a bus station 5 minutes from the hotel. All in all I would recommend it 100%!!

Tip the pool boy and he will really look after you. we had the one wearing a large cowboy hat. main restaurant has excellent food with a good selection. didnt do the breakfast buffet but it sure was busy. room cleaning crew did a great job daily. all staff were friendly and smiling and greeted you each time. taxi with valet was easy and seamless.

    Staying at Sunshine Hotel on Soi 8 is a good location (close to the beach & bars / walking street). The price for the room with breakfast included was the best thing because it allowed me to stay for 29 nights. The options of eating street food or at restaurants close by is also an advantage. I would recommend staying at the hotel to friends & will come back again in the future. The staff are all friendly, in particular Earth.

    It's a place that is full of go go bars and sex shows so be prepared to be approached on numerous occasions when you walk anywhere. This wasn't a place that I would choose to stay, but it could be what others are looking for. It was a short stop for us as we were island hopping so it was the perfect location for a night.

    It's raining season in Thailand now. Therefore, the sea's water on Jomtien Beach is not so clear but it is still available for swimming as well. By the way if you want to take a nap on the beach, you are recommended.

    It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

    I like this area because it is a short distance to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya or Jomtien, but it is quieter and less expensive. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't it. But if you're looking for laid back bars and restaurants and affordable hotels and vacation rentals near the beach, it's great.

    Nong Prue is lovely, especially round the lake. It's a lovely escape from the chaos of Pattaya. Plenty of amenities and many good restaurants.......recommend Hemmingways for breakfast and Nub Dao for lunch or dinner.

    I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while...

    I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while to get there. I like that I didn't have to go through security. It would have been nice to have actual numbers on the outside of the units (any of the village!) because the map location was for the unit in front of it. Thankfully the lady who designed and built the house also lives next to the unit and saw me. Took me in for a personal tour of the space - fantastic.

    Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao. Can be dangerous walking. Cars and motor cycles don't always yield to pedestrians even in crosswalks when traffic lights are present. Baht Buses always yield to pedestrians. Great mode of transportation.

    If you have family & looking for peace then you must select Jometien Beach. Pattaya is known for night life where family does not like such things (sepcially when you have kids) so this beach location would be the best choice.
