The location is few KM's away from the night market. The whole property is very spacious with sufficient parking lots, picnic tables, playground, outdoor dining area and swimming pools.     Our family absolutely loved this resort on our favourite island Lipe. This resort is terrific for families. Super clean abd large rooms. Our kids loved the enormous pool, which was nice and warm. The resort is beach front and we enjoyed many sunsets, whilst the kids played in the sand and swam. The 'Walking Street' is just a few minutes away, so the location is perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful and our children loved seeing the towel art that housekeeping left them each day. House keeping were great and very generous with towels. This side of the island has a lovely ambience and is protected from stingers. We suggest walking along to the other side of the beach to Sanom Beach. It's stunning, quiet and has no stingers there. It also a great spot for snorkelling. The hotel staff meet you at then port, take your luggage and walk you to the hotel lobby. We recommend for families.

    The villa was very beautiful with an extraordinary view. The room was clean and spacious. It was made of wood and I felt closer to nature as there were lush green trees and ocean view from every part of the room. The staff was very polite and prompt. Loved the way everyone greeted everytime they met us. Also, the entire property is very pretty with a nice beach side cafe. I had all my meals from the cafe, all the veg and non veg dishes were delicious. If you want to experience and different kind of stay other than usual hotels and want to enjoy peace do choose this property.

    Great location away from any crowds. Only a short 'taxi' ride into town, or take a 15-20 min walk to get there if it's not too hot. Private beach was really nice, lots of snorkeling straight off the shore and kayaks etc. available. Staff also organized a snorkeling day trip for us and some other guests on a longtail which was well worth it. Monkeys nearby could be a pro/con, as they were fun to watch and fairly respectful (as far as monkeys go), just beware not to leave belongings outside.

    In my opinion, the best resort in the whole island. The location is just perfect. In the corner of Pattaya Beach, the place is quiet at night and beautiful and active in the morning. The swimming pool and the swimming pool bar are just perfect. Good food, and nice happy hour promotion on drinks from 1pm until 8pm. Our villa was at the front line beach, so we could watch the sunset from our private sunbeds.

    I was here in low season so 60% of bars and stuff were either closed or empty. Doesn’t matter there’s lots of nature to discover for the adventurous at heart. Diving, koh Adang, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and lazy walks followed by legit massage

    A good place to relax and stop over before you go to Koh Lipe or Koh Adang. I would recommend Papaya Mom 2 Restaurant for delicious HALAL AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD. A visit by walking or jogging near the Mu Ko Phetra National Park during sunset was awesome and great view.

    I don't remember the city of Satun...

    I don't remember the city of Satun... There is the Province of Satun. However, the city of Pak Bara is worth visiting, especially the waterfront and the nice (slightly crowded) cafes. The nearby "Mu Ko Phetra National Park" deserves special attention with a long jetty enabling a trip to the time of dinosaurs.

    Koh Lipe is a tropical gem with stunning beaches, turquoise waters and a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for snorkeling, diving, and relaxing. However, there is noticeable plastic pollution, some roads are in very poor condition with deep potholes and puddles, and trash can be seen along certain areas. After about a week, you’ve pretty much seen the whole island, so it’s ideal for a short stay.

    I was there on business heading to Langkawi so only one...

    I was there on business heading to Langkawi so only one night then the ferry the next day. With transport there is a lot to see in Satun. A quiet little backwater coastal town that has a ferry to Langkawi. If I had time I would do more exploring. I ate at the local shops a donut and a coffee. Main meal at my room as I brought it with me in my car fridge. I did go to a excellent coffee shop before checking into my room. Satun is developing but in not way touristic, No crowds

    I loved the water and the beaches. Snorkelling was great especially between Sunrise beach and the rocks, The food was great, and as we were in low season, it was really quiet and chilled. The people were lovely also. I loved Castaway resort, the best mix

    Good place to stay with your family on your vacation. Good eating place around the area such as: Papaya Mom, Rim Lay Kitchen & Restaurant, Nava Seafood, Bara Roti and few other restaurants. You can also go to Koh Lipe for the stay and some other water activities.
