Sometimes I do not evaluate any of the hotels because I consider that to be an advantage and not a defect for hotels, but sometimes you may encounter a person of excellence, precision in work, and open-heartedness. You must write your opinion about the hotel, but in fact, the person you met, the employee at the reception, is called "Khadija Ben Sabeur" was very wonderful in dealing with us, and with the problem that happened to us from the delay of the flight, leaving a lot of luggage in a room, and her dealing with the issue even after we arrived in our country, these things were lost in many places. I thank the hotel for appointing trustworthy people. And honesty, and we should also not forget that the rest of the individuals were really of the highest morals.

First off I appreciate the flexibility when it came to me arriving at 1am in the morning and even though the restaurant was closed they still were able to provide me a meal at 2am. I also appreciate the flexibility when it came to extending my stay for a little longer due to a late flight. They accommodated me by putting me in another room. The staff is courteous, exemplary and whatever negative reviews people had, they clearly don’t appreciate good customer service. Also Salma and Achref were both the best especially for my first time in Tunisia
