    One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional staff. I would like to personally acknowledge Ms. Nahide for her outstanding help and care. We had initially booked a room with king bed but upon arrival, she immediately assisted us in changing to a room that suited our preferences. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant, Boreas, was a culinary delight. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The main pool area was nothing short of fantastic. The immaculate pool was inviting and the surrounding amenities were top-notch. The pool snack restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exquisite dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and the high attention to detail in every dish. In the evenings, the resort offered a range of night activities specially in the event area. The live musics and performances provided a wonderful ambiance and we had a fantastic time enjoying the entertainment.

    When we arrived, we have been very well welcomed, the staff was very helpful and the check in was smooth. They have given us all the information related to the hotel and the facilities we have. 1. Food - all the meals were very diverse and very tasteful; we had always a lot of options from where to choose. Also, A la Carte Restaurants where very nice, the food was very good, and we have enjoyed each culinary experience. 2. Room - the room was very big and clean when we arrived. There are some few changes that needs to be done in the bathroom, but it was not a problem for us. 3. Beach - there are 2 parts with sandy beach very nice and clean 4. Pool - there is a very big pool and clean, so we have enjoyed a lot. 5. Kids club - we were very surprised about kid's club, the ladies where very nice, they had a lot of activities and games. 6. Staff - the people from bars and restaurants were very nice and pleasant.

    Bodrum Old town has a massive water problem. Do not stay in the centre - the hotels and restaurants have water intermittently if at all. Does not make for a comfortable stay. And Turkey is very expensive now due to a screwed economy - expect to pay London prices for food and drink.

    It's a bay with beach sectioned off for hotels. Steep steps are not for the unfit if you are not stopping at the expensive hotels which use golf buggies to ferry up and down. Looks nicer at night when you only see the lights of the apartments which purch on the hillside. Little square boxes are best description and uniform colours, grey. Not pretty. Water sports well catered for in some hotels. Did not find a local shop or taverna within walking distance. On the plus you have 'Kitchen' in Edition Hotel. Food lovers heaven and Michelin rated restaurant. Not cheap but the memory of that meal will be with me for years.

    There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach. Most of the bars have their own bit of beach and if you eat/drink something then the beds are free to use. The weather was lovely and breezy while we were there. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and staff everywhere are very helpful and friendly. Turgutreis is a lovely holiday resort which I would highly recommend for couples or families with children as there are plenty of parks and watersports etc. to keep everyone happy.

    I had late lunch at the OPA restaurant and the next day I got very very sick with severe diarrhea for 2 days my sodium and my potassium levels were under normal and I was dehydrated very badly! The Hotel did nothing at all telling me that the pharmacies were closed due to the weekend. This resort is very unsafe and dangerous when you have an emergency. Terrible !!

    Loved staying at Mavi Suite; loved the boardwalk with restaurants and shops, especially at night. Bought some beautiful jewelry at Midwest Jewellery and a unique dress at Singuella boutique. I wish we had stayed in this neighborhood longer than one night as it was super lively and there were so many restaurants and other places to see. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Bodrum. It is not easy to get around but there was a bus station within walking distance of our hotel.
