From the moment i arrived, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was spotless,beautiful, and designed well with a great bathroom . The bed was uncredibly comfortable, and i slept so well each night. The location is perfect close to everything with easy access to shops , restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was a peaceful , relaxing stay, and i would definitely come back.

The hotel was really nice and close to everything. It was new and modern. Value for money! We take an update to our room to a bigger one so we had a very comfort staying. The room was CLEAN and we could choose which days this could be cleaned also with a button next to the door. The BREAKFAST was great offering a wide variety of choices. The STAFF was there when we need them and they were extremely kind and helpful. Many thanks to you guys Baran and Fouad for your amazing breakfast and the hotel gift you gave us to take away the last day we left from there because our flight was very early in the morning. We really enjoyed! The tram station was 3min from there by foot, Ayia Sofia closed almost 10min by foot also and kapali carsi. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. Large, beautiful, clean, and newly renovated rooms. I have nothing to complain about. The hotel’s location is perfect, right across from Galata Port, close to Istiklal and the tram station that goes to Fatih (Grand Bazaar and Mosques). The breakfast was very good, with everything you need (eggs, vegetables, fruits, jams...), and fresh products. The hotel owner is very nice. Parking is available in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel has a perfect location in old city centre very close to Hagia Sofia. Tram and metro station are close as well. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our stay at Plat Inn was great! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with all our questions. The place was extra clean and everything was brand new. Rooms were cleaned daily and they had all the necessary facilities in the room. The location was great, it was 2 min walk to the centre of Taksim and 5 min walk to the metro, bus stations and the station of airport buses. I will surely recommended to all my friends, I will come back.

    We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in August Exquisite modern turkish style design! Very relaxing and cozy atmosphere in any location of the hotel! Feel like at home! Great location 5 min walk from the Taksim square and Istiklal and 15 min to Dolmabahce palace! The deluxe room in the 9th floor had great side view on Bosphorus and it had good size for 2 adults and 1 kid (accommodated on additional bed) Excellent service: starting from bell boys and ending the General Manager! Especially grateful to the concierge service Shafa and Berk, also Bulat and Muge. Wonderful breakfasts and restaurants! As a nice bonus for us was a kids menu in main restaurant with European and Turkish cuisine! We had great time in the hotel’s spa, comfortable and not crowded. Keep in mind that the swimming caps are required for the pool, and they are available on the spa reception to buy!

    So much to see in this great country. The people are very friendly and enjoy talking with travelers. If you don't want to buy a Turkish rug, let the folks who will be asking you to "see their shop" that right up frong.

    Nothing about this stay was good.

    Nothing about this stay was good. The staff were unsupportive, unhelpful, and could not communicate in English, making even the simplest requests frustrating. There was no effort to assist guests or provide a pleasant experience. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

    This is a very old crossroad, market city.

    This is a very old crossroad, market city. There are many historic sites to visit but they are mostly mosques. If you are into shopping - this is fine place for it but be prepared for big brand knock-offs everywhere. Traffic can be ridiculous.

    Very hard to find a bar selling alcohol. However there were lots of off licenses. Some bars said they sold alcohol but then ran to the off license when you placed your order! We visited at the time of the cherry festival which was good.

    Tuzla is a wonderful area on the edge of Istanbul. It has much fewer tourists and more of the local people, which gives it a more authentic feel of its culture. Despite having many restaurants and cafes now, you can still enjoy its calm atmosphere.

    Corlu is fine but not a tourist place. I was visiting friends. You are asking all these things but give no possibility of actually talking to you to get the problems we had sorted. The hotel you show was nothing like the reality. A wheelchair user could book this hotel and be totally stranded. Also locally it is used by prostitutes.

    The people of Avcilar are very nice, friendly and helpful.

    The people of Avcilar are very nice, friendly and helpful. I felt safe walking around by myself even in the evening. It’s not very touristy which was nice. However that does mean that there’s not a lot of people who speak English, however everyone is willing to make it work with gestures and Google translate. You can find everything you need for your stay nearby from small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, public transportation etc.

    we have been guests there

    we have been guests there We had a one week booking , our baby got a strong allergy the owner promised us a refund if we checked out but he said he will send it in the end of October So we checked out Now after contacting the owner they seem to be lying to avoid making us a refund , we also have pictures of the very bad situation the house was in when we got there that lead to the baby getting an allergy there was a lot of insects and the house was dirty
