We stayed in the village of Nei Wan and it is a very charming area. Lots of great street food on the 'old street' and plenty of little shops. We took a beautiful walk, across the bridge and up a gorgeous mountain road with stunning views. When you cross the bridge you also find nice coffee shops, B&B's and restaurants. Best to avoid weekends as we were told the place is packed with local tourists on weekends. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday and there were not many tourists around. Finding a place to park could also be a challenge on a weekend. For natural beauty this area gets a '10' rating.Guest review byJaded TravelerCanada - 10.0

A lovely village away from mass tourism with a few historical buildings, local market & excellent food and drinks stations. Need booking the visit of Jiang A-Sin Ancient house in advance (couldn’t make it) .Guest review byRenanThailand
