The bell service team and front desk team were friendly and very helpful. The resort and resort facilities are very well maintained and clean. We loved the thoughtfulness around kids - starting from our room (they had bed rails and cot set up for us, a baby bath tub with body wash and kids slippers ready in the room) to the restaurants (kids cutlery and crockery very cute with clean high chairs) and then the large kids recreational centre. We had a typhoon during our trip to Kenting so the large indoor kids recreational centre was super helpful - meant we could entertain our toddler whilst being indoors for a full day. The breakfast buffet was amazing - both Taiwanese and western breakfast options and more! The lotus restaurant also does a thai hot pot which we enjoyed.Guest review bySanhAustralia

The night entertainment was fa for them and they enjoyed feeding the fish and visiting the cacao farm across the road. Pizza in the cafe by the beach was good and snorkeling only 5 mins walk away. A privileged location to be a perfect resort hotel. But the whole resort inside the room and surroundings are dilapidate. Lovely beach town , not crowded when we were there ( low season , not a holiday weekend- I hear the crowds can be big during holidays ) . Easy to reach by local bus from neighboring Kenting , Not a lot of eating choices other than 7-11 for a cute beach town. One of the 3 beaches in KenTing. I drove past the other 2, a bit too crowded for me. So Paisha suited me well. Clean beach with gentle waves, clear water, soft sand. Perfect! Food options were a handful too. You wont go hungry in Taiwan generally.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Fun area to explore need to rent a scooter or car to see more the national park is beautiful, and a lot of nice beaches.Only downside in Kenting is night market opens around 6:00 pm and almost nothing going on during the day, so don’t expect lunch or an afternoon cocktail. Night market is loud with boom boxes at a lot of drink stands competing for business, but food is good and friendly people. Nanwan is a clean, white sand beach. The recreation area has free restroom facilities and paid showers, a few shops selling beach gear, a few surf shops, and several restaurants + bars.
