Boston is a national treasure due to its historical value.
Boston is a national treasure due to its historical value. The quality of sites and museums was superb. Restaurants were a pleasant surprise, especially in the "Italian Quarter" -- very good food at reasonable prices. If staying in the historical area of the city, almost everything is within easy walking distance -- though the 18th Century layout of roads, whose names change block by block made navigation "interesting." Though we didn't need it, the Metro System is excellent. The entire downtown area seems very safe day and night. Our only regrets are (1) that we didn't go sooner, and (2) that we couldn't stay longer.Guest review byThomasUnited States - 10.0
Cambridge was beautiful.
Cambridge was beautiful. We were there in early October and the weather was perfect. I would say using Uber or walking is the best way to get around. We took a tour of Fenway Ball Park and it was terrific.Guest review bySaylor - 8.0

I didn't spend much time in Woburn itself, as I had planned to visit Boston, nearby Gloucester, and the Topsfield Fair during my stay. I picked the hotel based on the location of both the highway and the train station, although I ultimately decided to take the train.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 8.0

My trip was of a personal nature.
My trip was of a personal nature. My Aunt was diagnosed with terminal cancer. My cousins and I spent time with her. I had a special one on one special day with her and went to all the places I grew up when I was a little boy. My Mom always wanted to "go back home." She only got to do that once. We moved to California when my stepfather's Apollo tracking ship (retrofitted at Quincy ship yard), was relocating to the west coast. My Mom died last year at 90 years old and my aunt is currently 88. I enjoyed the food immensely (hot Italian sausage and meatball sandwiches). My cousin also bought about 30 plus lobsters on the dock for only $7 each.Guest review byKhemaraUnited States - 8.0

10 minute walking distance to Brigham and Women's Hospital from this Inn. Lots of places to eat nearby. Getting to the Green Line is easy. The Museum of Art is one stop away. Since I've been coming here for years, I've seen a lot of the area. There is something for everyone. Be sure to go to the top of the Prudential Building. Food, drinks, view and staff are great. Duck tours, walking tours, historic sites,- all accessible.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 10.0
Great view of ocean, but not a lot to do at this location.
Great view of ocean, but not a lot to do at this location. We played on the beach and built sandcastles. Few good restaurants (including Kellys roast beef ), train behind hotel makes it easy to travel into boston for activities, but not much immediately around hotel.Guest review byKristenUnited States - 8.0

The hotel and the staff were nice and friendly but the hallways and the elevators were a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet lack things depending on the hour. It was not great. They do not clean your room just take away the trash and you have to ask for clean towels. It was not what I expected. A bit disappointed.Guest review bylumminex1United States - 8.0
My stay in Somerville wasn't bad.
My stay in Somerville wasn't bad. The area I was staying, was right across from the Assembly Square Shopping area, which have a wide variety of stores to shop, restaurants to choose from, hotels, the orange line train stop is right there so you can get anywhere you want to go. It also has a nice scenic bike path along the water for you to enjoy. It's nice to walk or ride a bike around it. The casino is close you can even get to it from the bike path it takes you right to it. If you like going for walks or bike rides and nature this would be on my favs list. Then over by Assembly Shopping are, it's fairly new, there is a little bit of everything. Activities, sports, shopping, food, they have bowling and so many other fun things to keep you busy. It has everything you need for a good time.Guest review byTuftsUnited States - 2.0

Broken alarm clock, broken room phone and door latch is broken too. The door doesn’t close behind you, when leaving. You need to reset latch from inside of room. Just before leaving it. I’d told front desk about it. She claimed that was normal thing. Then why NOT place a sticker on doors stating that. It was annoying every time, I’d stepped out. Then more problems was noted of noise from downstairs lobby of EMT’s taking a guest away at 12:30 AM. So slept poorly, then work up late for my day. Because of a broken alarm clock in room. When called on my cellular the next day and asked for late check out to get myself ready to head out. She declared they’re be a charge for that extra request. I’d left in a hurry and was very upset how we were treated as valued customers. I’ll never return there again. DFGuest review byDennisUnited States
