- From $195.86 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,616 reviewsI first have to say I was not expecting such a beautiful place, I do not believe they have a bad room in their facility, I gave everything a 10 because we had such a great time, everyone we encountered from the valet and staff to even the other patrons were so friendly. The room was incredible and was so comfortable as a family we are planning our family vacations around where else can we try this resort. Thank you for hosting us we had so much fun and absolutely loved the atmosphere! I would recommend this resort to people with or without kids! Top notch and so much more!Guest review byAmberUnited States
- From $180.62 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 710 reviewsGym was stacked with the latest of every possible kind of equipment, comparable to a 24-Hour Fitness but more well-maintained! While there weren't free weights, having a Smith machine for bench press was good enough. I was able to hit all the muscle groups in a very detailed manner. The climbing wall was a nice addition. Beats the typical hotel gym that has a treadmill and some dumbbells.Guest review byAndrewUnited States

This is our second visit in S.F. during the past two months. We meet many visitors from other countries who had very positive comments about S.F. We walked several miles around the city. We only saw one homeless person and the city was very clean.Guest review byDennisUnited States - 8.0
While I definitely have a soft spot for San Diego and visit...
While I definitely have a soft spot for San Diego and visit fairly often, it has gotten more run down in the last 10 years. Mission Beach and Pacific Beach have gotten pretty trashy. The area is mostly for young people looking to get drunk, loud and obnoxious. I prefer the Gaslamp and Seaport Village area but those areas do have issues with homeless people hanging around the area. I think the best area in San Diego is the Torrey Pines area and Coronado Island, both of which I highly recommend staying at if you go to San Diego.Guest review byGrantUnited States - 10.0

I love the light level of traffic, I can walk everywhere I need to go. The transit system is easily accessible. I really had a great time. Give Mr. Pho a chance, I loved eating there. We also ate breakfast at Denny's on South Harbour, Justice was a great server there. If you go to Disneyland use the free shuttle service, you pay to park at your hotel then you can walk to the shuttle and get in for cheaper than if you pay to park in the parking lot for Disney.Guest review byRoxanne - 6.0

I like that the room is big and clean, but they should have 2 trash cans in the room instead of 1. We stayed there for 3 nights. We didn’t ask for cleaning service the next day, but on the 2nd day we left in the morning came back in the room around 3 pm expecting that our room would be cleaned and ready, but we were disappointed that it hasn’t been cleaned yet. Good thing the cleaner was next door cleaning that room. We just asked for some fresh towels and to empty the trash can. They have reasonable price.Guest review byMichaelUnited States - 4.0
Sacramento is my home town. Been here 45 years.
Sacramento is my home town. Been here 45 years. It's nice but has its run down areas. It definitely could use better employees for the businesses around my area.. customer service sucks in most places therefore I refuse to even go to those places... And they're mostly family owned and family ran and trying to apply for work sucks. I get turned down most places I've applied too. Sacramento is not what it used to be and it's sadGuest review byWheelerUnited States - 10.0

I liked the area of the property as its right next to the on and off ramp for the Hwy. Its right next to the Denny's, well as a Walmart super center! Theres also Wendys, and Starbucks across the street! Its far enough from the inner city were there tends to be a lot of riff raff as well low scale crime, as well as drugs. I felt at peace, and you can tell that the management puts a lot towards 2training her staff! Real good hard-working staff as well as very courteous and attentive to the guests needs! I figured that there would be a lot of noise and everything else that's associated with hotels that are more cost effective.Guest review byRufusUnited States - 10.0

Unfortunately most museums and the botanical gardens were closed when we were there, we arrived Monday and left Thursday, it seems to be a city that mostly works Thursday to Sunday. The hotel was walking distance from the city center, easy to walk around, beautiful city, we didn't have enough time to do the hikes in the canyons, I would love to go back for that.Guest review byMartaSwitzerland - 4.0
This property needs to be updated. The rooms are dated.
This property needs to be updated. The rooms are dated. I also recieved an erroneous charge after having stayed there over two weeks ago! I was told at checkout that everything was fine. I had no charges to to room nor was there any damage to the property. All was well. Mow, TWO WEEKS later, I was billed 3.38 for some erroneous charge at 4:38 am Fri Sept 3rd. I called almost immediately to inquire about this charge. I spoke to Jennifer at the the front desk and she said it was a charge that quote the girls forgot to charge to my final bill! Not buying it!! I checked out of that property on Sept 14th! She even claimed the charge was listed on the Booking.Com site. The problem is, when I booked the room through the Booking.com site, all taxes AND Fees were included in the price!! Jennifer said she would remove the charge but it shouldn't have been on there in the first place because it was included when the room was booked. She asked for name and said she would remove it. If not, I'm going to contact corporate! I don't buy her story! I have NEVER had any fees charge two weeks after a stay at ANY hotel and I've been travelling for decades!!Guest review byKevinUnited States
