Everything. We visited only 9 days after hurricane Milton and everything was already back in shape. The location is stunning and the hotel brand new. Breakfast is good continental standard and has nice and changing choices. Room was outstanding.

The location is amazing , and for the price to be right on the water is incredible. This was my second visit in 6 months. I loved being able to walk out the door and sit in the sand and watch the beautiful sunsets every night I was there.

Not many buildings look pretty in pink, but the Don Cesar has to be that exact color! We had a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a view of the pool and sea. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.The most beautiful thing for us was the direct transition from the pool area to the sea and especially the wide beach that invites you to take a walk.The sea is very clean for swimming and and the beach with its bird life is just wonderful. Maybe the most beautiful hotel on the most beautiful beach in Florida?

Great resort with a fun, laid-back vibe. The front desk staff gave us a parking pass when we arrived around noon and encouraged us to go use the pool/go down to the beach until our room was ready. We had the 2 bed, 2 bath suite and it was a gorgeous room that was clean, well stocked, and had views overlooking the ocean. All of the guests and staff we encountered were very kind. Can't beat the location on Treasure Island, definitely reccommend!

I thought the hotel was so cute and comfortable. The size of the room was perfect for me. I loved the furniture too. Full size dresser and nightstands and a wardrobe for hanging clothes. The size of the bathroom was great and I loved the kitchenette. The fridge is bigger than an average fridge. Wonderful experience and very affordable and had a heated pool.

The beach was okay. The hotel was pleasant.

The beach was okay. The hotel was pleasant. My wife loved every minute of it. I would def recommend. Server Matty at the restaurant made sure my drinks were delivered and Katy at the front desk provided the towels without any problem.

We stayed one night on October 1, 2025 and had 5 people of the beach. There is a paved service road next to motel parking lot if you don't want to walk a lot on sand. And of course, the best sunsets!

No toaster! Not enough towels for a weeks stay! Too noisy with road traffic on Gulf Shores Blvd only 20 feet from window. It was not a very good value for the price. Visited John's Pass Bamboo Hut several times for live music.

Beach is the number one spot for me They have a playground...

Beach is the number one spot for me They have a playground not far from where we stayed. And one down at pier 60, for the kids. Most kids like the beach they can play in the water sand or look for shells. You can walk up and down and look in the shops. Can rent bikes to ride, and golf carts to drive if you don't wish to walk.

St. Pete Beach is so beautiful :) I would highly recommend...

St. Pete Beach is so beautiful :) I would highly recommend not renting a car if you are traveling from Tampa airport. Once at St. Pete's there are free shuttles available all day. Also, everything is walkable, you will get your steps in if you desire and walking on the beach is fantastic!!

The beach is very nice.

The beach is very nice. We had to bring our own chairs and umbrella. Its a very nice family beach. Gulf Blvd is full of fun places to eat and play. If you go out to Crabby Bills which is 3 miles away its worth the wait.

We stayed 4 days and could have been longer as so much to do in the area, especially if you have a car. The whole area is immaculate, both the buildings and landscaping. I was struck how clean everything was. Lovely white sand beach, lots of shopping and eating places, easily walkable. We used the Jolley Trolley and Suncoast Beach Transit to visit both Tarpon Springs and St Pete's for just a couple of dollars. Amazing value - a great service but very difficult to work out the app.

The beach is beautiful, it wasn't overly crowded. Great restaurants within walking distance depending on where you stay. Prices were decent considering you are on the beach - you expect to pay more.
