The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

    Take what you need.

    Take what you need. Vending machines are high and not much in the way of choice. I was traveling across country with a full car,dogs and things I was moving with, so I didn't really think about anything. They do have coffee pots for sale, but I was there just one night.

    I arrived after a 6-hour drive, ready to check in and rest. When we got there close to midnight, the lobby was chaotic—young kids were running around unsupervised. We were given our room key, but when we got to the room, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. One bed had no linens, the other had balled-up sheets, and there was trash on the tables and counters. We returned to the front desk, only to be told that at nearly midnight, the only available room was a queen bed—not enough to accommodate my family. I was traveling with my 20-year-old son, his girlfriend, and my teenager. A queen studio simply wasn’t an option. After the front desk agent contacted a manager, we were eventually given two separate rooms—on different ends of the hallway. Thankfully my son was old enough to stay in the other room, but it was still an unacceptable situation to deal with that late at night. The next morning, I noticed multiple charges on my account and called the manager. She refunded me $50, but to be honest, the entire experience was a disaster.

    I visit Flowood 4 - 6 times a year for business.

    I visit Flowood 4 - 6 times a year for business. I love the area in general. Lots of restaurants and shops. The area where the Best Western is located is NOT a good area. I had never stayed at this location before and never will again. Constant police activity at the gas station next door and a lot of drug activity in the area. The next time I come back I will stay closer to the heart of Flowood and not on the outskirts.

    The price was the same as another location, but lacked...

    The price was the same as another location, but lacked everything the other place had. This Econo-Lodge was not clean. The refrigerator was not cold. The AC was not cool enough. The Front Desk personnel was not even present when needing to check out. They closed the front door to the Lobby. What hotel does that? The sink was dirty as well as the furniture. The bedding did not appear to be clean. Only the TV worked. I will not stay there again or recommend it.

    Before coming here I had never heard of Brandon Mississippi.

    Before coming here I had never heard of Brandon Mississippi. Brandon is a medium sized town, very well kept and nice looking. A lot of beautiful scenery with plenty of activities. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. I recommend Burgers, Blues and BBQ restaurant for lunch or dinner and the Spillway Cafe for breakfast in the morning.

    Terrible experience. But at least they didn't have roaches. Nothing worked. Sink was clogged, wouldn't drain properly. Shower head was broken. Floor was sticky. No breakfast, no juice, no coffee, nothing to offer but a terrible experience.

    PLEASE DONT BOOK HILTON INN DOWNTOWN JACKSON. UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK STAFF ON FIRST SHIFT. NO WASH CLOTHES SMELL OF MARIJUANA, POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED FOR 3 OVER NIGHT VALET WHEN ONLY STAYING TWO NIGHTS ICE NOT WORKING ON 3RD FLOOR ALSO WHEN SHOWING MORE WATER ON THE FLOOR THAN GOING DOWN THE DRAIN THAT I SLIP AND FELL. WHEN I TOLD THE FEMALE AT THE DESK SHE SAID I SHOULD’VE BEEN CAREFUL . TOTALLY DISGRACE OF HILTON HOTEL NAME AND SERVICE.

    Pearl was lovely to visit during the cold snap in February. The variety of restaurants and their proximity to the hotels and extended stay were great. The proximity to outlet mall shopping and other attractions was good. The roads to the hotel were in great shape, but the road to enter the extended stay was horrible! Side roads need immediate attention before vehicles get damaged from holes and cracks in the street.

    I didn't really see much of Ridgeland as my purpose occupied...

    I didn't really see much of Ridgeland as my purpose occupied my time. I'll say though that it is not pedestrian friendly. No sidewalks and no pedestrian component to their traffic lights. The people I met were friendly.
