United StatesThe Staff was excellent. I have to mention Melissa, Lynda, and the entire front desk staff. Melissa went out of her way to help me with a small issue. They were all very knowledgeable and so friendly! The entire facility was so clean and so vibrant! We ate at La De Dah and it did not disappoint! The valet staff was awesome. I never had to wait very long to get my car. Would definitely come back!

United StatesThis place was very close to the Key West Express which we went to the next day I do want to put a shout out to the girl that was working the night of November 15th she was totally awesome made it totally great when we came in late very nice very fast check in the rooms were phenomenal I wouldn't even mind using this room for a work away from home because it was so huge and convenience

As a result the whole hotel is new, with the decor and room fixtures & fittings being brand new. Rebecca at reception told us that we were the first to stay in our suite which was nice ! The swimming pool at the hotel is a great size and had an 8ft deep end and was lovely and warm. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated with kitchen facilities and a great airy bathroom with excellent shower. There was ample sockets for charging throughout the room. The location is perfect for shops and groceries with a 7-Eleven next door and MudBugs, a great bar/restaurant and a pizza restaurant within easy walking distance.Guest review byGwynUnited Kingdom

If you go to Sanibel, make sure you check the weather for rain. If you whant a quiet place Sanibel is it. For a little more night activities you going to take a look at Captiva to see if they have what you're looking for.
