This place was perfect for me. The views were excellent! It was extremely clean (I'm very picky with clean sheets/showers). The breakfast was sufficient and offered variety. I like the way the rooms are set up. There was so much to do in the vicinity also. I'll definitely be back with the family!

Charlotte, North Carolina, truly lives up to its nickname as “The Queen City.” It’s a vibrant mix of Southern charm and modern energy — a city that feels welcoming, innovative, and full of life. City Vibe & Atmosphere: Charlotte offers the best of both worlds — a growing urban skyline with a relaxed Southern pace. The city is clean, walkable in many areas, and filled with friendly people who make visitors feel right at home. Uptown Charlotte, in particular, has a lively atmosphere with restaurants, rooftop bars, and cultural attractions all within a few blocks.

There was so much that I wanted to do in the city, but my stay wasn't long enough. I was only there 2 days for Breezy Bowl but I see that the State Fair was starting 2 days later. Bummer. The ferris wheels were so pretty. Reminded me of the big wheel in Vegas that lights up. For lunch, I stopped at Nana Morrison's Soul Food before getting on the road back to VA. The plate was hefty and well worth every dime. Cary and Raleigh are beautiful cities.

    Nice town

Nice town Chipotle was close by and Popeyes is in the immediate area of the hotel. It was a little difficult getting around, and I am guessing is because I was just visiting. But it is uncomfortable driving because they drive to fast behind you seeing that you are out of state...slow down Greensboro!

Asheville is filled with great artwork and plenty of wonderful places to shop and purchase art. It is also a foodie town and plenty of choices to fit anyone's taste. The history of Asheville is so interesting with the Biltmore tour, a must see. For nature lovers, a beautiful drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway with lunch or dinner at the top of the mountain at the Pisgah Inn,(need reservations) hikers, trails everywhere for all skill levels. Water lovers, rafting, paddling and boating on mountain lakes. And if you are a Beer lover then this is the town for you. Asheville is a jewel and wonderful place to have fun, relax and enjoy good food , drink and Mother Nature.

We attended a baby shower but had family over the night before and the place was excellent and accomodated a 6 person get together/Dinner. Cherokee is a must visit for any reason, the scenery is absolutely stunning and was surprisingly less packed than what I had figured with the time of year. The outdoor drama Unto These Hills is worth going, it was absolutely beautiful and would go back to see it again. The Branded Cattle Steakhouse and Native Brews Tap & Grill were both on hour long waits, and both menus looked great, but we were too hungry and opted for Burger King. I was with my best friend and family but would be just as great to have spent with a partner. Happy Traveling

I loved the area, husband and I are trying to figure out when we can return, so many other things we wanted to see. The fact that we are from Ohio and my daughter attended Wright State University was a great connection since the Wright brothers took first flight in KDH area. We enjoyed going sandboarding and trying the various restaurants.
