Swimming pool also outstanding points of hotel, it's not gaint but vibe suitable for tanning. Hotels have Tea Time from 14-16h everyday which serve coffee, tea and some local food for in-house guests which quite impressed. If it was an airline, compare it to business/first class. Separate breakfast area, soft drink and tea/coffee inclusive all day. In the evening, 5:30 to 8 Pm, food and alcoholic drinks are available. The quality of food is second to none and the service exceptional. Chloe was our check in girl and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Pool spotless always beds available. Poolside service included replenishment of water glasses. We have stayed in many five star hotels worldwide and I can safely say that the New World Hotel is probably the best. But... There was 3 of us, my husband was in a wheelchair, the foot paths and entrance to shops etc were not good for person with disability. He can walk but not too far, too many steps and very narrow walkways everywhere. We had a good time and had days tours, but again not really suitable for person with walking problem. Although the guides were amazingly helpful. Enjoyed but 4 days was enough for us. The traffic is chaotic, but fun to watch. The airport was very unfriendly to person with disability, did not like the airport both arriving and departing, very dis-organized and un-helpful. People outside the airport were lovely and very helpful. Loved the place just not the airport.Guest review bySheila
