There's not enough space to describe this phenomenal place. Top-notch service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a unique à la carte restaurant, free city tours, and a beautiful fireworks display outside the window every day. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern, and well-furnished apartment. The staff was really great, kind and helpfull. We were very comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. I'd like to offer some friendly, constructive feedback on the kitchen to help make the experience even better. When we arrived as a group of four, we found there were only two large plates, two soup bowls, and two cereal bowls. There were also no supplies for washing the dishes. However, I was very impressed with how quickly this was resolved! After we asked, the staff brought everything we needed the very next day. A couple of other small suggestions: the cooking equipment is quite limited and worn out, so an investment in some new pots and pans would be a great upgrade for guests who wish to cook. Also, having a few basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil or sugar would be a fantastic touch. These little things can make preparing a simple breakfast much easier and really add to the comfort of the stay. On the other hand, we absolutely loved the daily complimentary items! The water, nuts, dried mango, coffee, and tea were a lovely and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. If these few minor details in the kitchen are polished, this place will be truly top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!

The staffs are all friendly. Immediately assist us to solve all kind of issues, like drive us to the night market nearby, rent the motorcycles, call the grab and so on. Once we met some issues, dial the number to the counter, then the staff would just show up in front of the room! This kind of service really make us impressive. The best hotel we have stayed so far. The receptionist Nhung was so helpful and informative. All the other hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. Great location and the seaview room is beautiful. The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. Highly recommended!

Excellenct hospitality, friendly, attentive and accomodative staffs and management. The location is very strategic, short walking distance to the cable car and the room is inclusive of free admission to the cable car, water theme park and kiss bridge. Since the moment we arrived the staffs are already there to assist, and since we are travelling with a small baby, they catered to our needs and helped with as much as they can. The room is spacious, with a bath tub overlooking the cable car and sea. Overall a pleasant stay, and will repeat for the wholesome experience.

We had many accomodations in Vietnam but this one was the cleanest, the beds were very comfortable, the room is spacious and well-arranged. I recommend to pay more and have a room with the sea view. The owner is amazing, very caring and helpful. He is always available for you and he did everything to make us feel very comfortable. Next to the hotel there are restuarants with fresh seafood. You can rent a scooter in the hotel.

Our stay at Emerald Garden was delightful. The resort is located in a quiet place where no city noise or karaoke will bother you. There is a huge pool with a jacuzzi. If you need to buy somewhere in a store or go to a nearby restaurant, the staff will drive you there for free. We felt very welcome. The bungalows are recently built and they look very nice. There are even bathrobes! The price was a steal for all the convenience and service. I can recommend this resort 100%.

Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. We booked here last minute and are so glad we did. We even tried to extend but they were full sadly. Lovely and clean, good bathrooms with warm showers. Location is good, right near lovely beach bar with loungers/bean bags and lots of nice restaurants etc. There is a free Shuttle bus which is really handy for getting around. Highly recommended!

Room & grounds were lovely. Beach was fantastic. The pool area needs more seating and the umbrellas at the beach all need to be replaced as they are damaged with metal parts hanging down dangerously. The resort is a little tired and just needs a spruce up but was still lovely.

Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

It was heaven on earth, absolutely beautiful. the scenery was breath taking. I loved the decor. The staff is wonderful, they treat and make you feel like family. I can honestly say, me and my daughter did not want to leave. The local cuisine is delicious. They take tranquility to a whole other level!

A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

3 nights at the resort would be perfect to enjoy your stay. Vinpearl Safari was good, you can pass on the Grandworld and the Vinwonders. We didn't go for the Island tours as we have already tried snorkeled at better options at other destinations (Eg. Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and Maldives).

Ha Tien is great place of the nature created but will turn the tourists off because the beauty of nature places is not clean and need to repairs it or up grade to make it better in order to attractive to the tourists.
