La Charm is ideally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre and An Hoi island. The rooms were nice, bed huge and comfortable. Small gym, but enough equipment to make it worthwhile. Staff were delightful, highly attentive and professional. I can't speak highly enough about them. Thank you. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience.

I stayed three nights in Hoi An and the hotel was one of the best in Vietnam. The people are friendly from the moment you get off the bus until you leave. The staff is very kind. The room is very comfortable and the hotel in general is very clean. I didn't use the pool but it looked great. They allowed me to store my luggage and even take a shower before taking the night bus. I would definitely stay here again as it has been one of the best accommodations in Vietnam.

    This is the best hotel in Hoi An and I say it because I've been there for the third time and the service is always perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful and smiling, but more importantly, they work extremely professionally and every single detail in the hotel is perfected to its best. The location of the hotel is also exceptional, which is located in a quiet place that is at the same time communicative, there is an excellent pool with a very large relaxation area around it, and also a wonderful beach, which is another huge advantage, of course, there are all the dining options with three restaurants, a wonderful breakfast, extremely rich, both Asian and Western. The restaurant is extremely clean, the textile napkins are clean and shine with cleanliness. The rooms are extremely large and offer wonderful beds, a flat screen TV, a very well-located area where one can put their clothes and luggage, and of course, for everything, a short phone call is needed to be fulfilled without long explanations or waiting. A truly unique place where even the most demanding visitors are unlikely to find any defect anywhere. Your hotel has five stars, I highly recommend it and I myself will visit it again. I have a very good impression that the quality continues to be maintained high, which is also a rarity in our time, but here the service continues to be at the highest level, and once again I want to emphasize that the staff is extremely professional, perfectly prepared, which is always everywhere and necessary for a good result.

    Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa is a beautiful well located seaside hotel in Hoi An, with a lovely swimming pool. The staff at the hotel is wonderful! The General Manager Ms Phuong, Front Office Manager Mr Music Nguyen, and Ms Thi at the front desk were exceptional, very kind and helpful. I was travelling with my friend Natasha, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The breakfast room staff were also exceptional. It was Natasha's birthday on 10 April when we stayed at this hotel, her birthday was on the day we were checking out to fly to Hanoi. My birthday was the next day on 11 April. At breakfast the wonderful hotel staff presented us with a birthday 🎂 with both our names written on the cake. All the hotel staff (GM, Front Desk Manager etc) sang "Happy birthday" for us 🥰 We were deeply moved by the hospitality and kindness of the Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa. We shall surely be returning to this exceptional hotel sooner than later 💃

    We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Resort Nam Hoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-designed. The outside pool is enormous and has a separate area for kids. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options! For toddlers and kids, there is an indoor and outdoor playing area with slides, swings, and lots of toys. But most importantly, the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful. From Hong Linh and the the other waiters and waitresses at breakfast to the entire reception, cleaning, and room service staff, we were always greeted by everyone with a smile and helped with any question we had! This really made us enjoy a wonderful holiday. Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to come back soon!

    We loved the location of Lasenta as it overlooks a rice paddy which you can see from the pool. It’s amazing to be so close to town but also feel as though you are in the countryside! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, helping us with bookings and letting us keep our luggage in the lobby on the day of check out while we waited for the bus, with Alex helping us with our heavy bags! The room was spacious and gorgeous and of course the pool was a massive highlight.

    The Old City was great to see, especially with all the lanterns lit. A Bang beach though a little dirty in parts due to volcanic ash, the water was clean and warm and it wasn’t packed like My Khe Beach. An Bang Beach hotel and streets were very quiet in contrast to the Old City.

    The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

I enjoy barbecue after fishing in the river in the front of. Cleanliness. Warming welcome. Near minimart, market. The restaurant around. I will definitely return.

    Hoi An is a charming historic town on the tourist route...

    Hoi An is a charming historic town on the tourist route between Ho Chi Min City and Hanoi. It is well worth a few days visit to wander around the old streets, visit the interesting museums, browse the markets and shops and eat and drink your fill in the excellent cafes and restaurants. Get a made to measure dress or suit rustled up in no time at one of the many tailors in the town. There are plenty of other places to visit a short distance from Hoi An such as Ba Na Hills, the beach and Hue if you want to extend your stay. We stayed at La Charm hotel just outside the centre and enjoyed eating at the nearby Boi Com restaurant which offered quality dishes and cocktails at a good price.

    Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

    What a beautiful pretty pretty place! Loved everything, the markets, the villages, the night time atmosphere, releasing a lantern on the river at night, the bright colours and lights everywhere is very impressive. Best coffee was at Uncle Hunn Bistro, the salted coffee is very artistic with a picture of tree! Loved the Marble Mountains and Monkey Mountain, a definate must see! There are plenty of tailors next door to each other to choose from to get tailor made clothing in just 24 hours!

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
