The location was spot on as I was there for a conference in the casino. Staff were quick and very friendly, I did not come across one unfriendly staff member - thank you for making my stay exceptional. From reception to the cleaning staff they were all fantastic.

Totally exceeded expectations. Two restaurants which were very family friendly and a good kids play area. Sadly werent able to do wine or chocolate tasting as only stayed 1 night but will have to come back

It exceeded all my expectations; the food was well presented, and the ambiance was enhanced by a burning fireplace that not only provided heat but also created a cosy yet exotic atmosphere. I have never experienced this combination with the "involved" and friendly staff.

The staff was really helpful. Always available. The area is usually quiet. I heard once the sound of an engine but nothing more. You can use uber or bolt to travel around the city but after sunset their drivers tend to avoid the town the hotel is located in. Even though nothing out of the usual happened during my stay. I could walk alone during daytime to the mall near the hotel and nobody bothered me
