I just came there for work and stayed only for a night.
I just came there for work and stayed only for a night. I hardly went out i slept and woke up and left. I did not engage with the staff or ate at the place. I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff when I was called to check if am settled and ok. I should point out that was unexpected. I travel alot and this was the first experience to receive a call asking if everything is OK. I bought Nandos as it's my favorite dish. I can’t think of anything bad to say about the lazy lizard. The staff are nice, friendly and go out of their way to help. The perfect place to stay if you are going to watch live rugby or cricket. The people of Bloemfontein are not accommodative even when you go to the shop the tellers give you an attitude when you can't talk their mother language. When you talk English to express yourself because you do not know the language they show attitude to you. When you get in the neighbourhood you might feel you picked the wrong spot, but at the end it was not a problem at all, nice friendly neighbourhood and easy to access the rest of Bloemfontein from the area. It's a friendly city no wonder is a City of Roses. Great night life, sports facilities and accommodation.
