Batonka is a beautiful, tranquil guest house located just outside the centre of Victoria Falls with easy access to the Falls and airport. The staff are very welcoming, happy and informative, rooms are fantastic, spacious, clean and very comfortable, pool is lovely and grounds beautiful.     Very sweet quaint little property with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay! Rooms were good size and opened into the central courtyard. Hot water was always available. they helped arrange an evening safari for us since we were landing in the afternoon and was a great experience, the game drive and the dinner were just amazing! The staff is very helpful! They go out if their way to help you. Laundry service was great and quick! Over all we loved the property and the experience!

    The staff were amazing!! Clive and Freedom on the bar were great! The food is delicious and we were so grateful for them organising us a private dinner with complimentary wine for our honeymoon. The honeymoon suite did not disappoint. The venue were happy to organise anything you needed and nothing was too much trouble... even insect repellent was provided!

    Very nice and big rooms with everything you would expect and more. I particularly liked the Nespresso machine and the free minibar. Spectacular views from the restaurant's / lodges deck, also the complimentary sundowner is a plus and so is the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This place exceeded my expectations, would definitely stay there again.

    I really enjoyed the walking tour of Victoria Falls where the local guide gave us alot of interesting information. The late afternoon river cruise on the Zambizi River was amazing! The town was spread over a wider area than I expected.

    Everything that I've planned was just worth the trip!!

    Everything that I've planned was just worth the trip!! We couldn't cross the bridge by lack of ti.e bit overflew the falls by helicopter. Will definitely be back for the chobe safari which was the highlight of our stay even though it was a long drive and exhausting trip. The boma is a very touristic restaurant but food was nice and the shows worth the experience. The sundowner boat trip was another great experience!!! We're definitely looking forward to going back!!

    Loved... Full day tour with Falls walk lunch at Baines overlooking the Zambese River, sunset cruise, Boma dinner and drumming. Helicopter flight over the Falls Full day to Chobe Nat.Park Devils Pool experience. Enjoyed eating at The Three Monkeys and Mahula
