The rooms that were initially assigned to us were a disaster, they are neglected, they had no water, the beds were weak and more. The manager Kelvin was very kind and offered us two other rooms with ocean views and offered us a reservation at one of the a la carte restaurants. all the staff are very helpful and fun.
