One of the best hotel in Manali. I stayed 4 nights in Smuggler resort and overall stay was fantastic. The room was neat and clean, and centrally heated and the decoration was too beautiful. The food was too yummy and delicious. Room with balcony and the view from the balcony was mesmerizing. Such a breathtaking view from the balcony and lots of facilities are in the hotel like - playing area, lawn, restaurant and the staff was very humble and courteous and I would surely recommend to all.

The views from the resort were amazing. The staff took great care of us. Breakfast menu had good variety. Food was very tasty. I would again stay there when in Manali. I highly recommend this place.

This review may not be able to do complete justice to this property. Fabulous property and for us it was complete 'paisa vasool'. Lovely ice capped mountains visible from the room balcony. Extremely well maintained resort with attention to details. Rooms- Excellent rooms with all the amenities. Food- Fabulous. The breakfast is super good. Taste of each item was spot on. Service- I doubt if you will get any better Service in any 5 star property. Property- It's so beautiful and relaxing. Watch out the pics.

The location, food, staff and our room - absolutely amazing! Everything about our stay was exceptional. Each and every staff member was kind, hospitable and professional and all our requests were taken care of in time. The property is located between Kullu and Manali in a secluded spot which makes it hidden from mainstream tourists. This gives it an exclusive vibe where you can just relax and rewind. We booked the Luxury Suite with Mountain View and it was spacious for 3 adults. There was a beautiful jacuzzi overlooking the mountains. The bathroom had a newly installed steam area which was a great additional touch. Apart from the beautiful view and top notch facilities at the property, the food was another highlight of the resort. There were plenty of options (Indian / Continental) in the breakfast buffet. On our last evening we asked the chef to prepare Pahadi Mutton Curry and it was an absolute star ⭐ I'd highly recommend it to foodies. Many thanks to Deepak and Shivani from the Front Desk for always answering all our questions with a smile and giving us such a great service. Also, special thanks to the entire F&B team and Housekeeping team for making our stay so memorable. You all did a great job and deserve a lot of praise! :)

The location was very convenient and peaceful. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the hospitality of the staff is very sweet and cooperative. The rooms even have a fire place. It felt like home. It has all the positives one wants. The best resort in Manali. I would recommend this to everyone. Don’t go by negative reviews. The quality of food is fresh and delicious.
