The hotel is on the stunning Belle Mare beach with its long stretch of soft white sand, this boutique hotel offers a perfect mix of romance, calm, and comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed—especially the beach area, where palm trees and charming smaller trees offered just the right amount of shade over the sunbeds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The staff were genuinely the friendliest we’ve ever encountered, always attentive and incredibly personal in their approach. They remembered the smallest details of our preferences, which made us feel seen and cared for throughout the stay. We especially want to highlight Sylvana, who welcomed us every morning with the warmest smile. She made sure our usual breakfast order was taken care of without us needing to ask—she is very thoughtful, kind and attentive. A big shoutout also goes to Thierry, the beach boy, who was full of positive energy and so helpful. He took care of everything by the beach with the highest standards, making our days by the beach feel relaxed and carefree. Due to an electrical issue in our original room, we were generously upgraded to the Presidential Sea View Suite. This kind gesture by the hotel manager meant a lot to us—especially since we were celebrating our engagement. The upgrade made our stay even more memorable and romantic. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the common areas were tastefully decorated, reflecting the boutique feel of the place. Everything was done with care and style. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, with no worries at all—just pure relaxation. H

Everything. The friendly & attentive staff, delicious & healthy food choices, the best breakfast & dinner buffet I’ve ever eaten, best gym facilities with welcoming staff, beautiful & relaxing beach set up, amazing spa, clean & spacious hotel room, views, free water sports & boats. I accidentally left a bag at Lux with souvenirs. I contacted them and managed to have my belongings recovered & even delivered across the island. Special thanks to Anwar for personally delivering. I could go on & on. We are repeat guests. Last year we stayed 3 nights, this year we were wiser with experience and booked a full week to fully enjoy & appreciate everything. Thank you!!!

It absolutely cannot get better than this - pure luxury and exceptional services. While the hotel is carefully groomed, with well-designed rooms, top notch amenities, and exquisite food and products - what truly stands out with the One & Only Le Saint Gérant is its people. The staff and management truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, respected and frankly spoiled! Surprises, presents and personalized treats were provided at any moment of our stay. To name a few great people: we were thrilled by all the personalized services provided by Prunella and Kiran making sure we got all the right restaurant and activities bookings (up to an extra portion of cannelé in the room!). Ashwin at the gym is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional in his personal fitness coaching services (even in the case of injury recovery!). Vinod at La Pointe makes the best margaritas and pisco sour and truly is a wonderful host. Kenny organises and guides the best diving tours on the island with zero compromise on safety. We came for a very short stay, but one thing is sure - we are definitely coming back, and this time for longer.

Everything, we have only been home a day but would go back tomorrow. The staff are incredibly attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Loic, Avi, Blessing, Priyanka, just to name a few of the amazing team at Salt. They really do make you feel at home. The feel of the hotel is so relaxed and chilled even though your in an amazing setting. We loved this as we didn't want to feel we had to dress up to sit and have a drink. We had an early flight and so arrived before we could check in our room. This didn't matter at all, they told us to go and help ourselves to breakfast, made us complimentary tea and coffee and a refreshing welcome drink. They even have a shower room you can use to freshen up before you can check in. We were keen to check out the beach so waited for our room to be ready there. And what a beach it is! The views from the hotel are spectacular 👌 We were there in winter but there was always beanbags or sun loungers free to sit on. They have a still or sparkling water station near the pool with fresh lemon, mint to get yourself a refreshing drink. There was suncream and body lotion dispensers in the toilets, which was so useful when your down on the beach. The activities planned by the hotel are fantastic, we particularly loved getting involved in the beach volleyball games which are held at the hotel next door. This added a social aspect to our stay and we made some great friends as a result. I would definitely recommend Salt of Palmar and we can't wait to come back!

The level of service in this hotel is incredible. They are fast, efficient, friendly and there is nothing we asked and they failed to deliver. It is really impressive. Especially i would point out concierge service, service at main pool, and housekeeping. Simply amazing.
