Mr Amgad was most helpful and the servers from the main restaurant were always really nice and provided everything we needed.

VERY customer centric, they truly go above & beyond to help and to make sure we’re enjoying our time.. Engy from the guest relations team was a delight, always helpful, going extra miles for our comfort, Amr & Yahia from the beach bar are also amazing, highly recommending a massage at their spa with Fayza! perfect choice honestly and excellent selection and hiring decision for each member of the team

We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant staff were exceptional – always attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try each day, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Whether it was the reception, bar, pool area, or cleaning team, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the service and hospitality here were on another level. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.
