And the bar man at the blue bar was very friendly and helpful. They also gave me us a room upgrade. There spa was also nice, Fatima was of good help, I had the Ramsis program.

We had an amazing SPA experience and I had the best massage I have ever had in my life, thanks to Umi from SPA center. Cleaning staff in our building, Saith, was amazing, very helpful and kind. Kids had amazing time and enjoyed our stay as much. Thanks to all staff, especially Nada for this amazing experience.

There is a whole big park for the kids also They have amazing entertainment at night daily The staff were very friendly The rooms are very huge and feels luxurious Reception was very helpful and welcoming especially Mr Ahmed Safan and Mohammed Ghareb(bebo) We will certainly come back with the rest of our family in the future !
