He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!

The hotel is located in a nice place near the lake, not far from several national parks. Personnel was very helpful, room service was fast and good. If you go to safari you can ask for a breakfast package in the early morning which is very convenient. Spa is excellent, also we enjoyed pool area a lot. Great hotel to have a rest after a long journey around Sri-Lanka.

I really like the breakfast I think that the suite that we stayed in was very spacious and it was clean, well organized, and it was a treat to have the private to our accommodation.

The hosts were so welcoming and made me feel at home right away. The food was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious – a real highlight of the stay. Where do I start! everything was beautiful from the calm garden inside the nature to the most poetic looking river, the room was huge and specially made for safari vibes. Each one of the staff was super nice and friendly thanks to (Mr. Reihen, Mangala, Mangula) for making our stay very special. The food and the starry calm night were amazing. We went on a safari trip with Mr. Reihen who was a professional guide and photographer, the tour was almost private, one car only. We went to zone 5 which only 20-30 safari cars were there so we could really enjoy the trip. We were very lucky to see many animals specially the beautiful leopard.

The rooms have a wardrobe. Out of 2 weeks of traveling Sri Lanka, this hotel was by far our favorite. The buildings were new, well maintained. And detail oriented. Location was green, quiet; and not too far from park. They helped us arrange a great safari trip. Food was amazing. Pool was so refreshing. But the highlight was the staff. This was rarely 5 start service from genuine and caring staff. From the welcome drinks and cool towel all the way through checkout, everything was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent place and service, Shoane, the owner was taking care of everything, great food and room. We also took the Safari with him , saw all the animals.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the restaurant. The pool water also seemed to be properly filtered, and none of us—including the children—had any stomach issues. The Ayurvedic spa massage was also excellent. We had a wonderful experience with both the beach walk and the safari tour. We were lucky enough to see elephants, though the leopard didn’t make an appearance. Even so, we truly appreciated how the ranger kept searching deep into the park until the very end. The dishes prepared by the head chef, who kindly came to greet us at our table on the first night, were absolutely delicious! For breakfast, I had GM Sri Lanka every single day. It’s a hotel I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you so much! The clean-up activity in the national park was also a really enjoyable experience.
