The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, in the center! Also it has a very good restaurant and very nice spa! The room that i stayed was large with balcony and very clean! The bathroom was also large! The tv in the room was smart tv so I connected with my Netflix account and that was great! The staff were very polite, friendly and always helpful!

Everything was great. Nice hotel in the city center, friendly staff and excellent coffee. And special praise goes to Gerando, the friendly general manager of the hotel. I was alone in an unknown city and it's nice that someone greets you with a smile every day. I send him my best regards.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Tirana simply for the staff and respect we were given our whole trip. We travelled with 6 people which can be a lot to juggle and they were more than accommodating for everything. Gramoz was a 10/10- he was our bellhop, server, parking coordinator- he does it all! And will be the reason that we come back to this hotel next time we are in Tirana. If you have the time-come to this hotel!!
