Extremely friendly staff, amazing views and plenty to offer in terms of access: well equipped gym, spa, sauna, heated indoor pool, huge breakfast, multiple outdoor relaxation areas. We were very close to the cable car / gondolas to go up to First Mountain (50m across the road), so the location was perfect. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave!

Views from the room were amazing. The staff made us feel right at home. Kitchen staff is caring and always helpful. Breakfast are fantastic and dinner menu is great. Excellent european menu.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking from all sides. A special thanks to Mrs Brawand, the owner, for being everywhere at the same time and managing to make all guests feel special. The staff are very friendly, well trained and service oriented. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant.
