An absolute 5 star experience at the WA. The hotel is very beautiful but the staff is truly what makes this place extraordinary. Everyone is super professional, kind and helpful. The local specialties were my favourites for breakfast and the fresh juice mixing stand is a nice touch. There is such a calmness at the hotel and the Peacock Lounge ended up being a perfect place to work from and enjoy their delicious pastries and food.

Amazing ! Everything was perfect, from the recovery at the airport, to the end of our trip. All excursions were organised by the concierge, Ahmed Hassan, who is absolutely offering a very high level of service. Thanks to his implication and coordination, our stay was fantastic and my wife has enjoyed a perfect surprise birthday. Congratulations to him and to the whole staff ( restaurants and spa ) for making an incredible guest experience. We will come back !!

A wonderful hotel as a luxurious base to relax between visiting the pyramids, the new GEM museum, Cairo and Saqqara. Good and safe food options at reasonable prices compared to prices in Europe. Impressive architecture, a beautiful garden and many interesting photos from the past in the rooms and hallways. Very spacious and well-equipped gym. The beds are super comfy and the staff super friendly!

First we stayed at the Four Seasons on Giza, and I think the rooms here were much nicer. I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurants were very nice as well.
