The staff was so friendly and helpful, we had a truly exceptional experience. Beautiful venue, friendly, professional staff. The room was very spacious with a beautiful terrace, the bed was very comfortable. It was worth every penny!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great building, very clean and modern. Very good food. Great value I stayed here spontaneously when my girlfriend was unexpectedly admitted to a nearby hospital — Conquest. I was on holidays in the UK at the time and had to cancel my return flight and had run out of clean clothes. The hotel did not have a laundry service, but still washed, dried, and hung several t shirts and shirts in my room for me.

The Brickwall Hotel is a very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. Above all, we would like to thank the friendly concierge Rasha. No effort was too much for her. She also gave us a great list of recommendations of National trust buildings. We visited them all. Yes, Petworth castle is the best.
