We were immediately shown around the hotel & everything was explained to us which was a really personal touch. The spa was absolutely beautiful and having the pool side bar in there felt like a really nice luxury. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. A lovely lady at reception gave us free prosecco on arrival and then showed us around the hotel before taking us to our room which they had very kindly upgraded us!! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. You are provided with Elemis products which are luxury, as well as a robe, slippers and towels. The spa was fantastic and very romantic. Overall, we had the most romantic time and we were gutted when we had to leave. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and genuinely lovely people. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now as no where compares. Every time we’re here we come home and book to go back!
