The room we had was upgraded and spacious. Everything clean and robes provided. Had access to the pool/sauna facilities. Breakfast had great choice and was cooked well. We had a lovely evening in the bar, with the bar staff making us custom mocktails which were delicious! We upgraded to the executive suite on the day and it was worth the £20 upgrade from standard.
