We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
