Personalised service at every level. We enjoyed excellent human touch and warmth in the dining rooms, at the spa, in the lounge, inside the rooms with housekeeping and front office. Once they knew we were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary, our room was beautifully decorated with a delicious cake on the table. The Front Office Manager came personally to enquire about our stay. Both check in and check out were smooth. Everything was above our expectations.

The staffs service was excellent. From the reception check in, room service, housekeeping staffs, concierge, club lounge staffs and chef, including the security. Everyone was exceptional.
