Very friendly staff. Great location with wonderful views. Delicious food and amazing entertainment! There are a large and affordable SPA area, one day we had a massage and were mostly satisfied. We especially liked the performance in the Finnish sauna.

We had a truly lovely stay! The location is absolutely beautiful — so close to the lake and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied, a real highlight of our mornings. A very special thank you to Irina, the wonderful staff member at breakfast, who was so kind and friendly. She gave us great tips and recommendations about the lake and the surrounding area, which made our experience even better. We’re truly grateful to her — and we hope to come back one day and see her again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Kronplatzer Hof. The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and lovely. Breakfast was also very great. I would recommend it!

I travel a lot for pleasure and work and The Majestic has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Beautiful hotel, great rooms with loads of space and excellent blinds ensuring complete darkness at night and a great sleep. All staff were friendly and very helpful and the spa facilities were great. Amazing stay, thank you.
