The foyer, lounge, staircases and terrace are all marvellous. As was our room, minimally decorated, but with wonderfully finished lime plastered walls, it was roomy with high ceilings and a lovely view out on the piazza below. Location right next to main train station perfect & easy, hotel stunning, room was lovely though no pleasant view & a ‘compact’. Breakfasts here are really good, lots of choice and breakfast staff really helpful and pleasant. Both hotels had friendly and helpful staff. The room we were given was very comfortable and we had access to the rooftop bar where there was also jacuzzi access. This was a wonderful way to relax in the heat. The hotel is next to the main station and only a short walk to the city centre.
