This is an absolutely adorable little property, ideal for couples who want to experience the center of Modena. Romantic, impeccably clean, caring staff, traditional Italian feel. It's a really great experience. We should have stayed longer.

Everything! The room was just perfect! Very spacious & relaxing with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is fresh & delicious AND is served at your door every morning! The location is also perfect. Il Fonticollo is practically located in Modena's historical center so you are within walking distance of everything - including the train & bus stations. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service! Very helpful staff! They took our car to the garage and the luggage to the room. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location close to the main attractions. Unfortunately stayed just for one night.

Excellent staff from reception, to bar staff to restaurant staff…. It’s also easy access to other local cities and has a train station nearby. My friends took locally booked taxi to get to town (Modena) one night when I didn’t want to drive. Was cheap and quick from the hotel! I love the fact the hotel is in a quiet and safe location - no road noise in room with blackout curtains which is great. Nearly like a 4* international hotel! Amazing value.

Wonderful structure: rooms and bathroom were very large, well equipped, and with great quality beddings. Silvia was an excellent host pointing out the best ways to visit Modena as well as excellent bars and eateries. The parking space included in the price made this experience excellent. Already recommended to many, would stay again!

Just 200 metres from Modena Cathedral and 500 metres from the Ducal Palace, the Cervetta offers simple but elegant rooms with free WiFi. The hotel is located in a building with no lift.

Beautiful little hotel, where we checked in at 11 PM after our Airbnb didn't work out (the AC was broken with 30 degrees Celsius inside the apartment, among other things) The staff was absolutely lovely, no problems whatsoever ( speak English, Italian, Spanish and Romanian). Our room was ready in the 20 min it took us to get there by foot with our luggage. Excellent recommendations for eating out, or going to the nearby Allbinelli. We went from a horrible start to a wonderful ending, so much so that we would choose to stay with them again. The staff even helped us out and we got to iron our clothes, finally! The rooms are spacious, if simple. For a few days there isn't any need of more, especially with the Albinelli market just 2 min away. The breakfast they serve, they bring their stuff fresh from the market everyday. The Ac works wonderfully, the beds are comfortable. 10 out of 10 for me, would stay again with hotel Cervetta, and a part why we liked Modena so much.

If you are in Modena or around the area and you’re looking for a good hotel, make sure to consider going to Richgi Park Business Hotel. We got the “bad luck” that we stranded at this hotel for a week due to our car broke down but everything was perfect. Amazing relaxing hotel, good rooms, room cleaning each day, airconditioning, work space, amazing food, drinks, swimming pool, small gym, super friendly people, guarded at night (gate closed so very safe car park!) and much more. After a week we flew back home so we had to buy 4 suitcases, 2 big ones, 2 small ones and we had 2 camera bags. A special thanks to Laura for bringing our final luggage to the car at the Hyundai dealership, we can't be happy enough. When I have to be in this area, I will surely be back again at this hotel. Thanks again for everything!
