Very recommended hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and exquisitely decorated. The bath water is warm and the bed is comfortable. It's in a great location, on a hillside just outside the town of Pienza, and the view is beautiful. The hotel is very close to Pienza and several surrounding viewing spots. The landlord was very kind and helped us recommend great places to eat and view Pienza. A place I'd want to live if I came back.

We loved everything about this place. The room was big and comfortable with a huge bed. The courtyard was beautiful, everything was green with beautiful flowers and some benches to sit and relax while drinking a glass of wine in the evening. The staff were very attentive and ready to help. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, everything was homemade and very tasty and varied. We would came back in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. We were visiting due to going to a wedding, there were no taxis available to take us and the owner offered to take us! Breakfast every morning was lovely sitting outside in the courtyard and the grounds and gardens at the property were immaculate. We would 100% stay again if we were ever in the area again.

Breakfast was elegantly exposed, inviting to consume, and had a great smell and lovely colors. The food was excellent & cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was so attentive and accommodating. Rooms- spacious and pretty clean. Location - more than centered.

Fantastic location! Center of the town, very convenient everywhere you go and quite and safety. Like. when we arrived, owner came to taxi parking lot to invite us. Very famillier B&B. Our room, top of the house, sun shine, clean and qute with kitchen bedroom busroom. Perfect!
