The staff were helpful and friendly. You could not ask for more. The room we had was spacious with 2 views of the mountains. The old 1920s elevator worked so well you could not tell it was moving. Sorry I'm an engineer and I found it way to cool. This place is right at the train stop . Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed for two nights in an attic room. The room, including the bathroom, had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The service of all staff was excellent but Cristina, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that our stay was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!

    This was the perfect stay for us. We nearly didn't stay in Tirano because our plan was to go straight from the Bernina Express on to Milan. However, because of a train strike we booked this last minute. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was very special with incredible views over the mountains. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant below (where breakfast was also served).We recommend the tasting menu! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
