The hotel is impressive as soon as you walk in. The staff were quick to greet you and help you check in. The room (family), was spacious, quiet, very clean with all modern fittings and amenities. The breakfast was excellent - catered for a range of cuisines. Again, the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Beauty Hills is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Kandy, 1.6 km from Kandy Museum and 1.7 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa.

Lovely place, great view and very clean. Nice staff and great breakfast. Bit of a steep climb walking from downtown, takes about 15 minutes. But thanks to hill we got the beautiful view of the lake. You can easily get a tuk tuk if you prefer.

Ok, if you are a self-driver and you have to arrive at night at the hotel the road is very, let's say interesting 🤔🙂 But when you get there it is paradise. Best rooms, best food, best breakfast, not only nice and polite employees but as well very professional. We have been in many hotels. This was for sure one of the top 3 in Sri Lanka. Overall I think it was our favourite hotel during all stay off the coast. Thanks for everything.

We had an amazing stay at Hanthana House. The room was spotless, modern, and the bed super comfortable – truly first-class quality. The balcony view over the jungle is just magical: waking up to monkeys and birds is an experience in itself. What made it unforgettable were the hosts – Paty, his wife, and their son Mack – who are true super hosts. They made us feel at home from the first moment, always warm and welcoming. Don’t miss the homemade curry with rice for dinner – absolutely delicious, a 10/10! This place combines comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Kandy.

The host was very accommodating. He helped us was whatever request we had (laundry, dinner, tour or Tuk Tuk arrangement). The service was outstanding, going above and beyond our expectations. The room was very clean, with lots of space and light, very comfortable, with a nice view and in a green and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable. We were feeling so great that we extended our stay. The location was a bit tricky, but could be easily arranged with a Tuk Tuk for between 400 or 800 rupees (depending if you get a Pickup ride or not) We were very grateful for the special arrangements for our daughter’s birthday and would recommend the place to anyone with children

We had a truly relaxing and memorable time at Samindra Villa. We stayed in the Garden View Room, which was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning — lush greenery all around, making it a perfect getaway spot. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious rice and curry meals — authentic, full of flavor, and made with so much love. You can really taste the difference. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout our stay, which was great for staying connected when needed. Overall, Samindra Villa felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic experience!

Room was very clean. Received very warm welcome by Mr. Sharath. Restaurants, tuk tuk stand, laundry all are near by. All major attractions can be reached by tuk tuk easily. Very good mountain view from garden. Overall very good stay and definitely recommended
