This hotel is heaven in Pisté, totally unexpected gem in this little town. the staff is great, the pool beautiful and well maintained. The room had 2 double beds, was super clean and quiet, with AC. Coffee and cake available for breakfast, fresh drinking water station, free secure carpark. This is good value for money. The owners have parrots, other little birds and dogs which our kids enjoyed. good restaurant with local specialties and affordable near by

The location, the hotel itself is beautiful and charming, the staff are friendly helpful and proffesional , I rate everything highly expect for one thing which I think the hotel managers need to look at seriously its in the what i didnt like ... I will still give a 10 plus regardless as it really is a great place to stay ....

    This hotel was such a wonderful place to be. Set back from the main road, with all the buildings nestled in the trees. We stayed in the suite and it was so lovely for the price. Staff were very helpful and sweet. The upper pool area was very relaxing and we had lunch served to the beach beds. Not sure what’s going on with the bigger lower pool, looked a bit dilapidated but didn’t bother us because we used the other one. You need a car there. We went to Chichenitza one morning at 8:30 and beat the crowds, it’s about 10 mins away by car.

    I loved everything about this place. I booked an extra four days staying eight days. so quiet and relaxing with parrots in the trees or casually walking about. chichen-itza is three minutes drive away .you must do the light show in the evening was amazing. staff are really great.the pool is lovely and an oxxo store right next door. loads of street food close by.
