Roy the hotel manager has done and excellent job training his staff. Polite and friendly making you feel relaxed and welcome. The rooms are modern clean and comfortable. The breakfast has an excellent range of choice. We love coming to the Marriott in Miri.

Friendly staff. Good location to shops & cafe/bars. Room very clean and quiet, super speed internet. Bathroom clean and the shower had good water pressure. Room very large. Bed comfortable Breakfast with good food selection. Did not bother turning on TV or the AC. Steam bath was good and refreshing. Pool was utilised by others.
